One quarter. One practice.

    The next ninety days

One domain. One practice. Ninety days. Then score again.

    Choose one.

Your lowest domain, and the one practice from it. Not two. If you are choosing between two, take the one in the lower domain, and if they are in the same domain, take the one you like less.

Track it in one line a day.

Whether you did it, and one word about the day. Four seconds. That is what lets you see a pattern in month three that was invisible in month one.

Review it for ten minutes a week.

Did I do it, and on which days? Count, do not estimate. What was the friction on the days I missed? What is one thing I can move before next week?

    Expect to miss.

Over ninety days you should expect to miss somewhere between five and fifteen days. A quarter where you miss ten days and come back every time is a complete success. Do not restart, do not re-plan, and resume at half.
