    Online Courses

    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid course enrollments. If you are unsatisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
    • Upon refund, your access to the course will be revoked
    • Certificates earned during the refund period will be invalidated

    After 30 Days

    After the 30-day refund window, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

    Digital Products (Downloads)

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (e-books, worksheets, guides, templates) are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

    If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

    Free Courses & Content

    Free courses and content do not involve a financial transaction and therefore are not subject to this refund policy.

    How to Request a Refund

    3. Provide your order number or payment confirmation
    4. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

    We aim to process refund requests within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

    Chargebacks

    We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
